Personal Health MCP
A local, read-only assistant for the owner's consented Google Health records.
What it does
Personal Health MCP lets its owner query activity, sleep, heart-rate, exercise, distance, active-energy, resting-heart-rate and heart-rate-variability records from Google Health.
It runs on the owner's Mac. It does not offer public sign-up, sell data, display advertising, contact clinicians, diagnose conditions, change health records, or share health data with employers, insurers or other third parties.
Access controls
Google Health access is read-only and limited to the categories the owner approves. Google Drive access is limited to private backup files created by this tool. Either grant can be revoked at any time through the owner's Google Account.
